A Pane in the Glass Podcast
Keeping The Lights On
In this episode of "A Pane In The Glass. Podcast" we get to hear the curling world's foremost expert on what it takes to keep a curling facility open and functioning on a day-to-day basis. That person with a unique set of skills and experiences is Danny Lamoureux, the interim CEO of Curling Canada but who for many years was the manager of a thriving curling facility in Canada's capital city affectionally known simply as "The Ottawa" before becoming a staff member for the national sport governing body running national championships and, well, keeping the lights on in curling facilities everywhere. Most everyone connected with curling (me included) had Danny on speed dial when an answer to a question needed an answer and needed it now!
I urge all of you listening to this episode to forward it to anyone you know who has anything whatsoever to do with the operation of a curling facility!
