In this episode of "A Pane In The Glass Podcast" I share the microphone with Dean Kleiter, coach of Team Kleiter from Canada's wheat province. Dean and I deal with a number of topics, starting where the last episode left off ("Why Teams Lose") with Dean providing an up close and personal view on winning and losing.
We then moved on to Dean's favourite topic, "On Ice Coaching" where he gives an update on this new coaching modality, which led to this question "Would you give up your time outs to be able to speak with your team between every end?". Well, would you? Dean and I (especially yours truly) share how we feel on this subject.
We also discuss post game team conferences and end with still the hottest topic, brushing!
