In this episode of "A Pane In The Glass Podcast" I welcome back Emily Riley whose first visit with me set something of a record for downloads. As those of you who heard Emily's episode know, she has enjoyed a very successful junior career in her home province of Quebec and now is on the road to similar success in women's and mixed curling. About a month ago, Emily and her mixed teammates won the Canadian Mixed Curling Championship and, well, I'll let her tell you all about that and other things that have changed in both her life as an elite curler and as a Mental Performance Consultant.
